Q. What is the difference between a Premium Compatible Toner Cartridge from LaserSource and an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) cartridge that I can buy from an office supply store?
A. The biggest difference is price; on average our clients save 15-50% buying our premium compatible toner cartridges rather than buying OEM toner cartridges. Q. If I place an order for laser printer repair service how long will it take to get to my business?
A. Bottom line, we will get to you as fast as we can, and generally that means within a couple of hours. We are located in Costa Mesa in between the 405, 55 and 73 freeways on RedHill. So the closer that your business is to ours, the quicker we can have your printer back up and running.

Q. Do you charge for travel time?
A. No! You are only charged for the time spent repairing your printer.

Q. Do you charge any delivery fees?
A. No, if you are an Orange County based business delivery to your office is FREE!

Q. How do I place a service call for a printer having a problem?

We can drop-ship our premium compatible toner cartridges anywhere in the world.

Q. What do I do if a part for my printer needs to be ordered and my printer is going to be down for a day or two?
A. If any of our clients ever need a loaner printer we are happy to set one up for you in the meantime so you can continue to work at full speed.
